Our Services

Insight Village provides a wide range of distance counselling services. Click on each option below to find out more:

Email Counselling: You and the counsellor email each other. The counsellor will ask you a series of questions, to which you provide a response. Then the counsellor will respond to your email, spending 50 minutes providing in depth responses and further questions. In addition, worksheets can be emailed for exercises.

Instant Message Counselling: Instant Messaging chat counselling utilizes a chat protocol to communicate with your counsellor in real time, using text messaging. This service is available for iPhone, Android, and Blackberry.

Telephone Counselling: After you’ve made an appointment, our counsellor will call you at the scheduled time. Telephone counselling has been around for decades and is the most established form of distance counselling.

Video Counselling: We use Skype and Facetime to provide real time, face-to-face video conferencing to clients at a scheduled time. It provides the most similar experience to traditional in-person counselling.
